Eligibility:

- Educational Requirement: You must have earned at least 50% of your possible points in an undergraduate law (LLB) program from an accredited university in order to be eligible for an LLM.
- Entrance Exam: In order to be admitted to the LLM program, applicants must pass an entrance exam administered by a number of universities and law schools. Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), BHU UET, and Law School Admission Test (LSAT) are a few of the common entrance exams.
- Age Limit: In India, there is no maximum age limit for LLM applications. However, there may be age restrictions (17 years old) for entrance to some universities.
Program Duration:
The duration of this postgraduate legal program is two years. Candidates must finish and pass their tests during this time.
