All financial transactions made by users on the website are processed through Primusvidya.in’s payment gateway partner. While we ensure secure transactions, we assume responsibility for any payment discrepancies that may arise.
We reserve the right to review and process refund requests if the amount paid by the user exceeds the required payment for the number of applications submitted. Additionally, we hold the authority to review school preferences selected by the user in cases of overpayment or underpayment.
Users are advised to retain their Transaction ID and receipt number as provided by the payment gateway. These details are required to track payment status or request information regarding their application.
Any pending payment must be cleared on time to ensure the successful submission of the application to the institution. Payments received after the deadline may result in the rejection of the application, and Primusvidya will not be held responsible for such cases. No refund requests will be entertained in such instances.
